Billing & Payment
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit cards are charged
upon shipment of an order. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing
address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing the order. Orders that are
shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card
company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. This
note is required for first time purchases only and is used to verify that the
cardholder is placing the order.
We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks. Certified funds and personal checks must clear before a product ships.
Shipping
Most orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00
PM EST ship the following business day. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to
process. Orders are shipped via UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Mail. Orders to
Hawaii and Alaska residents must ship 2-day air.
Cancellation
An order may be canceled at any time before it ships. There are no
charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is held responsible
for all shipping charges for orders canceled after shipment.
Returns & Warranty
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. No returns will be
accepted without prior written consent. No returns on electrical parts. All
parts are sold under & subject to manufacturer's published warranty.
** Terms: Net 7 days. After 30 days 1-1/2% per month finance charge, which is an
annual percentage of 18%, will be added to your bill. ** All cores must be
returned within 5 business days, no exceptions.
